Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Some health and personal care items.

Exemptions:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Hazardous materials.
  • Flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds:

  • Will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post officially.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing time may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted.
  • Depending on your location, the time it takes for exchanged products to reach you may vary.
  • For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
